People who do have diabetes and have had a stroke will be worse than someone that does not have diabetes will. If the oxygen is cut off, the other arteries can get oxygen by getting around the blockage. When people have diabetes, the bypassed arteries are going to be affected too by damaging the blood flow that is traveling to the brain. It may be the reason for many other factors and severe outcomes after a person suffer a stroke.

flax seed @ 12:42 am:

Indeed, an elevated blood sugar can most likely lead to heart attacks. In fact, around 75% of people with diabetes die of cardiovascular diseases. Thus, what becomes necessary is to take dietary precautions and engage in exercise. It would also be good to follow this up with natural dietary supplements such as flax seed. plus fruits and vegetables to supply the body with antioxidants that would absorb the impact of free radicals on bodily cells that are responsible for the metabolic disorder called diabetes.
